About The Position
This role will support Company’s Global Warehouse Team in the completion of tasks associated with Company’s implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Tasks include script testing in ALM, working closely with system architects, business process owners, and other stakeholders to ensure warehouse business requirements are met and system go-live occurs without adverse impact to warehouse business processes. Skills required include system specification analysis and the resolution of warehouse issues documented in Jira. Must possess critical thinking skills to clearly understand how changes in another area can impact warehouse requirements or processes. The person in this role may also support: Supply Chain warehouse safety, compliance, and productivity projects, Data gathering and metric analysis, and General department project management tasks.
Requirements
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Experience with script testing in ALM.
- Experience working closely with system architects, business process owners, and stakeholders.
- Experience with system specification analysis.
- Experience with resolution of warehouse issues documented in Jira.
- Critical thinking skills to understand impact of changes on warehouse requirements or processes.

- 5+ YOE in GMP warehousing
- On-the-floor warehouse experience in a cGMP environment
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility and adaptability
Nice To Haves
- Pharma or Biotech experience
- Script testing
- Basic project management skills
- Multiple years of experience in the same role in previous work history
- Strong understanding of warehouse business processes
- SAP experience, particularly in warehouse modules WM, SRM, and EWM
- Experience administering test sets to support a system implementation
- Experience working on a geographically dispersed project team in an FDA-regulated industry (cGMP regulated)
