About The Position

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to join the Wiremold team in West Hartford, CT. We are seeking a highly operational Supply Chain Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being directly involved in day-to-day execution. This role is ideal for a leader who has recently worked in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, inventory, or logistics operations and can quickly identify issues, implement solutions, and drive performance improvements. The successful candidate will be comfortable spending significant time in operational areas, partnering with frontline employees and supervisors, and leading continuous improvement efforts through direct observation and engagement. These efforts will support a major digital and operational transformation, and drive a coming migration to SAP S/4HANA.
