Supply Chain Manager (Remote - US Based)
About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote, US-based role is pivotal in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, inventory management, and planning. You will be instrumental in driving process improvement, ensuring customer service excellence, and leveraging forecasting to meet business objectives. This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and foster continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing procurement teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience with inventory metrics
- Proven success in vendor negotiations and cost management
- Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and advanced Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
- Must reside full-time in the continental US

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of buyers responsible for sourcing finished goods
- Own and deliver reporting on inventory levels, outages, risks, and supply changes
- Ensure product availability through proactive risk identification and mitigation
- Drive cost competitiveness through negotiations and cost reduction initiatives
- Establish long-term supplier alignment and strategic vendor relationships
- Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Product Development, and Operations
- Continuously improve purchasing processes, systems, and reporting
- Oversee the MRO purchasing for US operations
