About The Position

Canada Pooch is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee Warehousing & Fulfilment for the organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role will collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization across various distribution channels. The position involves managing warehouse operations, retail and e-commerce fulfilment, Amazon fulfilment, budgeting, cost control, product pricing, SKU management, and customer invoicing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in supply chain, warehousing, fulfilment and operations management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, EDI systems, ERP/WMS platforms, and e-commerce operations.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy and process integrity.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify gaps and drive improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, and wholesale fulfilment processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory synchronization, storage optimization, capacity planning, reporting, and IT/EDI integration.
  • Manage monthly warehouse invoice review and approval.
  • Manage end-to-end retail order fulfilment, including order processing, SKU maintenance, stock transfers, pricing approvals, and supplier/customer onboarding.
  • Coordinate wholesale order tracking, vendor compliance, chargeback management, and EDI integration.
  • Support large customer program implementations and dropship operations.
  • Oversee Shopify and e-commerce order processing to ensure SLA compliance, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
  • Monitor open orders, resolve fulfilment issues, and maintain KPI reporting for accuracy, speed, and back-order management.
  • Manage Amazon inventory replenishment, transfer recording, returns, refurbishment programs, and related reporting.
  • Support Shopify integration and operational alignment.
  • Prepare, track and manage Supply Chain operational budget, monitor write-offs, and identify process improvements to reduce costs.
  • Maintain master SKU file, price lists and ensure customer pricing alignment.
  • Oversee EDI and ERP-based customer invoicing processes to ensure billing accuracy and efficiency.
