About The Position

Accenture is hiring a supply chain and operations professional to serve cable and telecom clients. The role focuses on transforming supply chains, field operations, and infrastructure operations for clients across network infrastructure, mobile networks, and customer premises equipment (CPE). The position combines industry expertise, analytics, operational improvement, digital transformation, client engagement, and team leadership. Travel may be required up to 75%.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or network operations within the cable and/or telecommunications industry, with expertise in one or more of network infrastructure (wireline/fiber), mobile (5G/LTE/fixed wireless), mobile retail, CPE supply chain, or field operations.
At least 2 years of consulting experience or equivalent leadership experience within the cable or telecom industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, including a minimum of 12 years of work experience; candidates with an associate degree must have at least 6 years of work experience.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with cable- or telecom-specific platforms.
Six Sigma, APICS, or similar advanced certifications.
Experience leading digital supply-chain transformation and automation initiatives in a telecom or cable environment, especially involving advanced planning or AI platforms.
Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multifunctional transformation programs and deliver measurable client outcomes.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of S&OP and S&OE processes across cable and telecom supply chains, including network construction logistics, mobile equipment procurement, CPE provisioning and reverse logistics, and materials management.
Advise clients on warehouse, distribution, and logistics optimization, including site consolidation, process-flow improvements, and carrier transformation.
Integrate digital platforms such as AI-driven demand forecasting, IoT-enabled asset tracking, and automated field dispatch to modernize operations and reduce operating expenses.
Identify and execute supply-chain cost optimization opportunities across procurement, logistics, warehouse management, and field inventory.
Use analytics to model supply-chain scenarios, track KPIs, and develop actionable client recommendations.
Build relationships with mid-to-senior client stakeholders and support senior leaders in maintaining trusted client partnerships.
Support evaluation and deployment of digital tools and automation for telecom supply chain and field operations.
Lead small-to-mid-size project teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure quality delivery across workstreams.
Contribute to RFP responses, proposal development, and thought leadership focused on cable and telecom supply chains.
Travel as required, potentially up to 75%.
