Apply now for the position of Supply Chain Management Professional, and you will be responsible for order processing and contract maintenance ensuring the seamless processing and fulfillment of diagnostic instrument orders. This role focuses on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and process management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience in order management, customer service or account management.
  • Strong understanding of order processing and supply chain management principles.
  • Proven track record of success in order/contract management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.

  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Ability to understand complex healthcare products and services and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Experience in identifying problems and trends, with demonstrated success in implementing solutions, including process improvements and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash process for large instrument shipments, ensuring compliance with all revenue recognition requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of the small instrument exchange process for exchanges, new instrument orders, repairs and loaners.
  • Perform all tasks associated with the instrument returns process.
  • Manage the purchase requisition process for third-party vendors, ensuring timely and accurate procurement execution and payment processing.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within SAP for contracts, functional locations and equipment records.
  • Create, update and close service notification tasks.
  • Support and ensure compliance with internal procedures, ISO standards, and established quality requirements.
  • Identify operational issues and trends with demonstrated success implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Effectively balance multiple priorities while adapting to evolving business needs and changing requirements.
  • Perform SAP testing to support system upgrades, enhancements and other system related initiatives.
  • Mentor teammates and support training efforts to strengthen team capability and performance.
  • Participate as a proxy in meetings as needed ensuring key updates and actions are captured and communicated.
