About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Supply Chain Management Specialist (Associate or Experienced) to join our Commercial New Business, Strategy and Asset Management team in Dallas, TX.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality or in a regulated industry
1+ years of experience working in an environment that involves cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
1+ years of experience in supply chain management
1+ years of experience in customer support or customer service role
1+ years of experience in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

3+ years of work-related experience as listed above
Bachelor's degree or higher

Responsibilities

Associate: Assist in analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.
Associate: Enter, track, monitor and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders.
Associate: Process material returned from customers.
Associate: Assist in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance.
Associate: Process documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims.
Experienced: Analyze post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities and coordinates for economy of purchases.
Experienced: Analyze material location and initiates redistribution action.
Experienced: Analyze supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and perform assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system.
Experienced: Review applicability of warranties to allocate costs.
Experienced: Identify and resolve customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.
Experienced: Identify Supply Chain risks and opportunities on behalf of BGS supply chain teams.
