About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level or Experienced Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3 or Level 4) to join our dynamic team in St. Charles, MO. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. The role involves incorporating change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions, applying Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain, and analyzing complex material requirements. Responsibilities include verifying and incorporating Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan, determining part number attributes, and initiating, coordinating, and authorizing the release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability. The analyst will ensure on-time delivery, document and resolve order delinquencies, report schedule adherence issues, and develop and control inventory plans, including optimizing inventory levels and analyzing and dispositioning excess inventories. The role also involves initiating audits, developing and creating schedules for products and services, and assisting in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals. Implementation and maintenance of process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance is also a key aspect of this position. The role works under general direction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with Material Requirements Planning, including the use of Compass Contract or a similar MRP system
  • 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
  • A final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
