Under the general supervision of Brown University Health Supply Chain Logistics Managers, the Supply Chain Logistics Lead coordinates the activities and functions of the Supply Chain Procedural, Distribution, and Central Supply Technicians throughout Brown University Health. This role involves orienting, training, assigning work, maintaining work schedules, and evaluating staff performance in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of practice. The Lead also participates in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, process improvements, and budgets for their assigned Supply Chain area.
