Under the general supervision of Brown University Health Supply Chain Logistics Managers, the Supply Chain Logistics Lead coordinates activities and functions of the Supply Chain Procedural, Distribution and Central Supply Technicians throughout Brown University Health. This role involves orienting, training, assigning work, maintaining work schedules, and evaluating the performance of staff in keeping with established policies, procedures, and standards of practice in their respective areas of responsibility. The Lead also participates in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, process improvements, and budgets for the assigned Supply Chain area.
