Based in Houston, we are seeking a Supply Chain Lead – Logistics to oversee and coordinate efficient, compliant, and cost-effective logistics operations across our business.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years’ experience in logistics, transportation, or end-to-end supply chain
  • Proven experience in a lead / senior specialist / team lead capacity
  • Experience managing complex logistics operations across multiple locations or countries
  • Background in asset-intensive or regulated industries (e.g., oil & gas, energy, engineering services, manufacturing, construction, or heavy equipment)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics activities including shipping, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and final delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain procedures for import/export compliance across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Classify products, components, and equipment using appropriate HTS codes, ECCNs, and other regulatory classifications.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate import/export documentation, licenses, declarations, and audit records.
  • Monitor changes in international trade regulations and communicate implications to relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as the main liaison with customs authorities, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
  • Investigate and resolve customs delays, disputes, or compliance issues in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with logistics service providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable performance.
