This role is responsible for implementing, documenting, and maintaining Information Produced by the Entity (IPE) procedures for inventory reports and system outputs that support Service plants and SOX/internal control compliance. The position will also support internal/external audits by preparing timely evidence packages and maintaining control documentation. The Lead Inventory Analyst will manage the Service CC IPE program, which includes scheduling, validation of results, variance investigation, reconciliation, and processing inventory adjustments to ensure high inventory accuracy. Additionally, they will perform checks on Service system revisions to confirm that master data, configurations, and inventory records are synchronized with engineering changes and service requirements. The role involves validating key inventory reports such as stock status, aging, valuation, cycle count summaries, and reconciliations for completeness and accuracy. A key responsibility is monitoring inventory accuracy for Neptune buybacks (Pl04 – Kenco) and addressing any discrepancies. The analyst will also monitor buyback recovery and receipts, investigate gaps, and implement measures to reduce loss, theft, and damage. Collaboration with Warehouse, Service, Quality, Finance, IT, and Regulatory teams is essential for driving process improvements and system enhancements. The role also focuses on identifying and implementing opportunities to automate controls, reporting, and inventory processes to increase efficiency and compliance.
