O SI Optoelectronics has an internship opportunity for a college student pursuing a diploma/degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field to support the Supply Chain department. The selected candidate will have a solid academic background, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

Requirements

Must be enrolled in college during the 2026 academic school year and be in good standing.
Must be pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint desired.
Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and prioritization skills are essential.
Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

Perform data analysis related to vendors and commodities.
Review various data points.
Enter data for database cleanup.
Generate periodic summary reports.
Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
Report any quality problems or defects to their manager or a member of senior management for corrective action.
