Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Decision Sciences or relevant discipline.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare or Aviation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing project support tasks for all functions within the Supply Chain team.
• Assisting in the development of processes and procedures related to procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
• Completing process and workflow analysis and drafting recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Leveraging Supply Chain Undergraduate coursework and project experience to drive waste reduction initiatives.
• Assisting with the comprehensive utilization of all procurement and inventory systems for aviation and clinical supplies.
• Analyzing and maintaining appropriate target stock levels and safety stock using ERP/MRP data as well as statistical inventory management tools.
• Acting as a project support resource for the Data Science group, ensuring data sources are vetted for integrity and management-facing tools are concise and updated per business unit requirements.
• Assisting with supplier performance improvement initiatives, using KPI data to ensure corrective action opportunities are highlighted for management to develop improvement strategies.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
