About The Position

This position is for an Innovation Project Manager within the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) LOB and will lead cross‑functional, multi‑LOB/BA initiatives to create consistent, repeatable procurement processes for both FAR‑based and commercial acquisitions. The Innovation Project Manager will drive speed, agility, and innovation across ADP, including unclassified and classified efforts, ensuring supply‑chain excellence that aligns with mission‑critical objectives. Candidate would be expected to work on-site at least 2 days a week. Ability to lead teams within various functions and have a growth mindset to enable strategic thinking and driving requiring outside-the-box thinking timely solutions. Experience with agile procurement frameworks and rapid‑fielding logistics Experience in Subcontract Management with various contracting types and experience with Commercial Acquisition Procedures (CAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) Champion digital supply‑chain tools (AI analytics, blockchain traceability, SAP, advanced ERP modules) to increase visibility and decision‑making speed. - Significant focus on Continuous Improvement, identifying areas for improvement within the organization/company and implement improvements. -Be a Change Agent -Have A3 and Continuous Improvement mindset -Possess skillset to facilitate Counter Measure, A3, 5 Why methodology This position requires an Active Secret clearance and PAR for successful execution.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance and PAR
  • Knowledge of Global Supply Chain (GSC) processes and procedures
  • Experience in continues process improvements
  • Experience with agile procurement frameworks and rapid‑fielding logistics
  • Experience in Subcontract Management with various contracting types
  • Experience with Commercial Acquisition Procedures (CAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
  • Ability to lead teams within various functions
  • Growth mindset to enable strategic thinking and driving requiring outside-the-box thinking timely solutions
  • Possess skillset to facilitate Counter Measure, A3, 5 Why methodology
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration of security clearance.
