The Supply Chain HR Advisor partners with location leaders to develop and implement HR plans that align with business strategies, optimize customer service, and uphold core behaviors and values. This role contributes to people strategies that drive business and organizational performance, supports key operational and strategic decisions, and stays current on HR trends. The advisor identifies development solutions for associates, provides coaching to people leaders on leadership and organizational management, and drives engagement action plans. They collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to implement solutions, use organizational diagnostics to address talent and engagement challenges, and participate in the selection process for people leaders. The role also supports talent assessment and development discussions, drives conversations on sourcing and staffing plans with Talent Acquisition, and works to align HR processes and practices with company strategy. Additionally, the HR Advisor supports HR aspects of new location openings, closings, or relocations and regularly visits assigned locations to interact with leaders and associates, assess engagement, deliver training, and conduct compliance audits.
