About The Position
You will be the ERP Business Analyst Senior for the ERP team which is responsible for driving SAP/ERP initiatives across the organization. As the ERP Business Analyst Senior you will be responsible for facilitating the development, implementation, and sustainment of SAP/ERP systems and processes while collaborating with multiple project teams.
Requirements
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
- Aerospace & Defense experience
- Overall understanding of procurement process (from requirements to goods receipt)
- SAP functional experience
- Experience in SCM process knowledge
- Experience authoring functional specs based on customer requirements
- Experience working with ABAP developers to design/standardize customized functional solutions

- Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles

Responsibilities
- Analyze supply‑chain business processes and recommend improvements for SAP applicability.
- Design, configure, and test SAP supply‑chain modules—including Procurement, Inventory Management, Receiving, and Transportation.
- Author functional specifications, master‑data records, reports, and custom transactions.
- Lead unit, integration, and operational readiness testing, and develop training documentation and user training.
