Requirements

  • Enrolled in a 4-year Engineering curriculum
  • Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
  • Understanding of common engineering analysis tools (such as statistical process control) and reporting mechanisms
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to commute 5 days / week to the facility located in Raynham, MA.
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in GMP manufacturing, medical devices, or FDA related activities
  • Proven experience with Project Management is a plus
  • A minimum of 1 prior Co-op experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist in process, project, and / or quality activities across the manufacturing network
  • Become involved in the day-to-day functions of a medical device manufacturing facility
  • Develop a range of business documents including but not limited to validation protocols, engineering studies, and work instructions.
  • Support senior engineers on various Business Continuity and / or Cost Improvement projects
  • Create and analyze data related to manufacturing processes to recommend improvements or changes
