About The Position

This role focuses on analyzing operational data, improving inventory flow, optimizing business processes, and supporting technology-driven improvements throughout our distribution network. You'll work closely with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, IT, and warehouse leadership to develop solutions that improve performance, reduce costs, and support company growth.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience working with large data sets using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting ecommerce, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics operations
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP, warehouse management systems, or business intelligence tools
  • Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or continuous improvement experience
  • Experience with forecasting, inventory planning, or process modeling

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
  • Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics that support operational decision-making
  • Evaluate inventory flow, replenishment strategies, and warehouse processes to improve productivity
  • Support NetSuite optimization and system improvement initiatives
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions that support business growth
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for operational challenges
  • Partner with warehouse leadership to improve inventory accuracy and operational performance
  • Assist with capacity planning, resource allocation, and process modeling projects
  • Measure and communicate the impact of improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Operations and Continuous Improvement teams on strategic projects
