Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or college equivalent in industrial engineering, analytics, operations research, supply chain, science, technology, math, business, or related major.
- 2+ years working within in the supply chain industry supporting supply chain project initiatives
- 2+ years of experience in using quantitative methods and tools such as Excel to analyze supply chain decisions
- 1+ years of experience in analyzing large datasets using relational database tools such as MS Access and SQL
Nice To Haves
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or engineering graduate degree preferred.
- Experience delivering results as a part of a project team (preferably with a focus on supply chain network)
- Exposure to Coupa/LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, BlueYonder/JDA/i2 Supply Chain Strategist, and/or IBM/LogicTools LogicNet Plus, or similar supply chain modeling environments.
Responsibilities
- Effectively engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organization during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trust
- Identify data needs for a given project, formulate the data request, and work with clients to obtain and model the data for analysis
- Complete detailed and quantitative analysis and clearly articulate findings and recommendations
- Conduct client interviews and document current supply chain state
- Concisely complete deliverable content as required for each client
- Present your analysis and findings to project and client leadership for acceptance and approval
- Maintain effective real-time and written interaction with clients
- Perform analytical work (Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.) and present recommendations via - PowerPoint/other formats to senior leadership team members
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships
