Requirements

• Experience with data analysis
• Good analytical and communication skills required.
• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program for Business, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Must have valid driving privileges and own reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work onsite in our New Bremen, OH office.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Excel, SQL, PowerBI/Tableau
• Experience in data mining and Statistical Modeling Techniques
• Experience using R/Python
• Experience with SAP or other ERP system
• Experience with E-procurement and other Supply Chain Concepts

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing data cleaning and statistical data analysis using R, SQL, and business intelligence (BI) tool to determine new trends and patterns that might affect supply chain data.
• Use different data sources (SAP ERP, Ariba, Baan, SQL, flat files) to proactively generate reports and recommend/develop new metrics that may benefit Crown supply chain.
• Analyze data to assist in building and managing solutions for business improvements within Supply Chain.
• Proactively collaborate with different teams and customers to analyze functional requirements.
• Interpret results and communicate status reports/important findings to management and decision-makers.
• Communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely fashion.
• Research and learn new tools/technologies in the analytics world which can be integrated to the present system for planning and building new products/solutions.
• Evaluate different tools available in the market and provide recommendations based on different criteria.
• Provide an end-of-term report out to Supply Chain leadership.
