The role will also require critical thinking so the company can continue to improve in processes and efficiencies.

Data analysis and reporting

Time management under deadlines

Nice To Haves

College degree, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
Some experience with supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc)
Strong communication and vendor management skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
Knowledge of import/export processes is a plus

Responsibilities

Track inbound shipments and delivery schedules
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
Work with warehouses and logistics providers to ensure timely shipments
Process customer orders and coordinate fulfillment schedules
Assist with shipping delays, shortages, or inventory discrepancies
Maintain supply chain data in ERP or inventory systems
Prepare reports on inventory, lead times, freight costs, and service levels
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency
