A key aspect of the job is utilizing PeopleSoft Mobile Supply Chain for inventory management tasks such as receiving, cycle counts, and replenishment. The coordinator also ensures that supply/linen rooms and par level carts meet established quotas, maintaining cleanliness and checking expiration dates. Additionally, the role includes maintaining relevant files, safeguarding patient information, and responding to supply requests in a timely manner.
