About The Position

The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials from suppliers to customers within the United States. This position is responsible for coordinating and optimizing supply chain activities to meet organizational goals related to cost, quality, and delivery timelines. The coordinator will work closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise during the supply chain process. By analyzing data and forecasting demand, the role supports strategic decision-making to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks. Ultimately, the Supply Chain Coordinator ensures that products are delivered on time and in full, contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control, and procurement processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification such as APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to support supply chain optimization.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor daily supply chain operations including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, forecast demand, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, production, and sales to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Resolve supply chain issues promptly by communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of supply chain transactions and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators.
  • Support compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards throughout the supply chain.
