The Supply Chain Compliance Manager will play a leading role in identifying potential supply chain risks using advanced analytical tools and their knowledge of the global supply chain. This role will have responsibility for identifying, preventing, and mitigating adverse impacts on the entire supply chain operations, as it relates to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, forced labor, and compliance with various import/export regulations. This role will extend the risk mitigation process to suppliers and business partners from Tier 1 - 5, mapping supply chain through multiple tiers. It will also support PACCAR's Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) certification program through regular audits and reporting, and develop new programs for compliance and risk mitigation to ensure compliance with import/export regulatory requirements related to ESG, forced labor, and the PACCAR Code of Conduct. The position will establish and maintain standards and metrics to maintain high-quality risk identification and remediation solutions.
