About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Supply Chain Compliance Analyst – Self Governance and Compliance to join our team in St. Louis, MO. Our teams are currently hiring a broad range of experience levels including Experienced & Senior Supply Chain Compliance Analyst. This role supports Boeing Global Services Supply Chain Government’s compliance team in strengthening supply chain compliance processes and training across operations. The analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to support compliance procedures, training curriculum development, and process adherence. They will assist in monitoring internal compliance activities, identifying risks, and helping drive corrective actions. The role also contributes to the continuous improvement of compliance programs, processes, documentation, and employee learning initiatives, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure policies, procedures, and training materials are practical, current, and aligned with Boeing standards. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in project management and/or cross-functional integration
  • Experience supporting the creation and presenting of training materials
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong drive for process improvement
  • Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory or contractual requirements
  • Direct experience with Boeing and/or Boeing Global Services supply chain operations
  • Experience developing or delivering compliance training and utilizing training development technologies
  • Familiarity with supplier management, audits, assessments, risk identification, and corrective action management
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement, change management, and documentation control
  • Experience using Boeing systems, tools, or internal process frameworks
  • Knowledge of BGS Supply Chain command media, policies, procedures and work instructions
