About The Position
Axiom is seeking experienced Supply Chain Attorneys to advise clients in various industries, including automotive, retail, technology, consumer goods, and professional services. The role involves providing legal counsel on commercial matters related to suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics providers. Ideal candidates will have experience with a range of agreements and supply chain issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of legal experience advising on supply chain, transportation, logistics, or related commercial matters, preferably with in-house experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and international supply chain regulations, including UCC, Incoterms, and FCPA.
- Experience drafting and negotiating supply chain agreements, including supplier, vendor, distribution, logistics, and service agreements
- Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and support to clients on supply chain and transportation contracts, including drafting and negotiating agreements for procurement, transportation services, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to transportation and logistics, including federal transportation regulations, import/export controls, environmental regulations, customs laws, and international trade regulations.
- Assist clients in mitigating supply chain risks, including supplier disputes, product recalls, supply disruptions, and compliance with ethical sourcing standards.
