About The Position

The Co-op position serves as a development opportunity at our Jacksonville, Florida location. This role is designed for currently enrolled undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor's degree in an academic discipline or related field of study. The program focuses on personal and physical safety, commitment to the rotational program, and the ability to work off-hours if needed. Successful candidates will gain knowledge of the company's operations, support departmental needs, and present end-of-semester findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Keen focus on personal and physical safety.
• Committed to completing the rotational program.
• Able to work off hours if needed/necessary.
• Must have basic proficiency using Microsoft Office applications to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook E-mail, and Project.
• Must be willing to work with others and have a positive attitude in a manufacturing or office setting.
• Possess a basic understanding and knowledge of academic discipline.
• Learn, apply knowledge, and skills to the performance of [Insert Division].
• Able to research and integrate new ideas into the business.
• Display effective business communication skills, (oral, written, instructional, and presentation) as well as the ability to work on cross-functional and/or geographically dispersed teams.
• Must demonstrate personal initiative to complete work without missing deadlines and communicate and follow-up on the status of projects and other work assignments in a timely manner.
• Able to organize and prioritize project and work tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Project Management skills or classwork preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define and complete 1-2 large projects within the rotation period.
• Gain knowledge of the Company's operations and provide support as needed.
• Participate in departmental team meetings.
• Create and deliver end of semester presentation/report to senior management and executive leadership.
