About The Position

This role specifically will support the J&J Global Supply Chain Services (Portfolio Operations & Strategy Team) Portfolio Management & Operations. The Co-op term is from January to July, 2027, with a full-time requirement of 40 hours per week. The Co-Op hires play an important role in enhancing the business by working on projects that improve leadership, collaboration, analytical, and project management skills. Cross-functional teamwork will provide an opportunity to partner with a variety of people in the organization across all sectors: Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Corporate/Enterprise. An interactive team environment is offered, where there will be an opportunity to develop capabilities and skills to build a strong career foundation. Career mentorship is available with endless networking opportunities within the assigned team and beyond. Assignment may be virtual/remote, while other business critical roles will be onsite and may require relocation. Assignment area and work-site location will be matched to business needs.

Requirements

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer/ Software / Systems Engineering, Materials Sciences, Packaging Sciences, Accounting / Economics / Finance, Business (Management, Marketing, etc.), Math (Statistics, etc.), or related fields.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
  • You must not have any Summer Internship contract or other employment commitment that could interfere with the contract dates specified for this position.
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel and Copilot is required).
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results.
  • Must be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
  • Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
  • If you are under 18 years of age, you (the candidate) may need to obtain the necessary working papers or other documentation required by state law to start the assignment, as well as get a parent’s consent for the background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Power Apps, Portfolio Management (Data Integrity, User Training, etc.) is preferred.
  • Power BI Analysis, Tableau / Visualizations, Dataverse, Analytical Tools is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred.
  • Participation in an Engineering Society is desired.
  • Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Support Global Supply Chain Services Portfolio Operations & Reporting.
  • Power Apps Portfolio Management (Data Integrity, User Training, etc.).
  • Power BI Analysis / Visualizations.
  • Technology Platform Roadmap (Power Apps, Power BI and/or Other).
  • Participate in the Shaping of future Next Generation Projects & Programs in support of Global Supply Chain Services strategy.
  • Provide Support (Coding, Dashboarding, etc.) to our Digital & Data Analytics team.
