The Supply Chain Clerk supports purchasing, receiving, distribution, and inventory control functions for Perham Health and Perham Living. Assists with purchasing requests from departments throughout the organization. Unpacks freight and stocks inventory. Delivers supplies to requesting departments, including operating a commercial delivery vehicle. Maintains inventory levels in Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) locations and ensures they are adequately stocked. Requests and processes purchase orders. Manages and tracks medical equipment use, storage, and service needs. Responds to requests and questions from internal and external customers. Processes large quantities of detailed information with a high degree of accuracy. Assists with processing and tracking of product returns, recalls, and back orders.
