Avis Budget Group is seeking a Supply Chain Clerk to play an important role in keeping vehicles serviced, supplied, and ready for customers. This position supports the maintenance and repair teams by ensuring they have the necessary parts and supplies, which directly contributes to vehicle availability and a positive customer experience. The role involves providing clerical and administrative support to vehicle maintenance, auto body damage, and fleet services operations, including managing inventory, processing orders and invoices, and supporting accounts payable/receivable. Depending on the location, responsibilities may extend to ordering automotive parts, tools, and shop supplies for a fleet of newer vehicles. The role also includes answering phones, communicating with internal teams and external vendors, and assisting with onboarding and general administrative support for on-site leadership.
