Requirements

Previous experience in supply chain or procurement
Knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement and inventory management
Ability to analyze and evaluate data for asset levels, assignments, and required shipping dates
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong PC skills and the ability to self-develop and adapt to changing technology
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Determine what ancillary equipment each package needs and place orders with the right vendor(s)
Partner with Supply Chain Manager and packagers to confirm package details before shipping, flag discrepancies, and communicate any changes to equipment documentation and Bills of Landing
Negotiate equipment pricing, costs, and delivery times with vendors, and issue requests for quotes and purchase orders
Review allied vendor invoices for completeness and accuracy, allocate costs to the right projects, and route for payment — working closely with vendors on any needed corrections
Support demand planning for ancillary equipment on key pipeline accounts — staying ahead of upcoming jobs, equipment needs, and ordering/receiving lead times
Maintain accurate records of ancillary equipment, including delivery and storage reports, and keep stakeholders informed of changes
Recommend and implement improvements to supply chain operations that boost efficiency and support business goals
Track inventory movements; Perform routine cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Help maintain stocking levels that meet financial goals and fill-rate targets
Collaborate with team to achieve Continuous Improvement goals and objectives
Perform other duties as assigned
