Requirements

  • Experience in supply chain, warehouse management, or customer service (5–10 years).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex supply chain data.
  • Knowledge of MRP processes and inventory management best practices.
  • Familiarity with SAP and standard office applications.
  • Understanding of purchasing processes, regulations, and commercial transactions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead materials planning activities to align supply with validated demand and business priorities.
  • Manage key MRP parameters and processes to ensure data accuracy and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
  • Partner with Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to improve inventory health and working capital.
  • Oversee physical inventory cycles, reconcile discrepancies, and support audit readiness.
  • Contribute to regional and global S&OP cycles through data validation, scenario analysis, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain accurate SAP master data and support system improvements that enhance visibility and planning execution.
  • Collaborate daily with Procurement, Quality, Production, and Finance to resolve issues and ensure operational flow.
