Requirements

Experience in supply chain, warehouse management, or customer service (5–10 years).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex supply chain data.
Knowledge of MRP processes and inventory management best practices.
Familiarity with SAP and standard office applications.
Understanding of purchasing processes, regulations, and commercial transactions.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead materials planning activities to align supply with validated demand and business priorities.
Manage key MRP parameters and processes to ensure data accuracy and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Partner with Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to improve inventory health and working capital.
Oversee physical inventory cycles, reconcile discrepancies, and support audit readiness.
Contribute to regional and global S&OP cycles through data validation, scenario analysis, and risk assessments.
Maintain accurate SAP master data and support system improvements that enhance visibility and planning execution.
Collaborate daily with Procurement, Quality, Production, and Finance to resolve issues and ensure operational flow.
