About The Position

The Supply Chain Associate coordinates domestic and international freight transactions and manages import, export, and domestic logistics documentation. This work supports vendor relationships, on-time production order shipments, and accurate purchasing and order-status information for sales teams and customers across North America. The role also maintains shipping records, shares tracking and shipping-history information when requested, and helps track and update inventory in accordance with shipping specifications.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Transparent and effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Ability to embrace change, grasp new concepts quickly, and stay highly organized.

• Experience in distribution.
