The Supply Chain Associate is primarily responsible for receiving, sorting, and delivering goods across the Club during Tournament, ensuring all logistics meet Club standards and timelines.
Requirements
- Displays interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
- Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain, or other adverse conditions.
- Requires stooping, bending, lifting and transporting of objects up to 30 pounds.
- Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
- Displays integrity and sincerity interacting with others.
- Requires a valid driver's license if required to operate a Club vehicle or golf cart.
Responsibilities
- Effectively handle the unloading, unpacking, and organization of incoming inventory in assigned storage locations using suitable tools and safety protocols.
- Transport materials to appropriate storage areas and kitchens.
- Keep track of inventory levels and engage in regular physical inventory checks.
- Ensures proper rotation and labeling of all food products and materials in storage.
- Performs all necessary steps to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the receiving area.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal departments or external clients regarding supply chain matters.
- Report any shortages, rejections or issues to the immediate supervisor.
- Monitors temperatures in refrigerated storage areas.
- Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
- Operates a golf cart and/or full-sized vehicle, following all legal and Club safety regulations.
- Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
- Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
- Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
- Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions.
- Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
