About The Position

Hexmodal builds smart devices and a simple software platform that help facilities teams automate routine compliance testing, monitoring, and documentation. Our technology helps teams spend less time on manual rounds and more time on the maintenance work that keeps buildings operating safely. Today, Hexmodal supports more than 180 health systems across 48 states.

We are looking for a technical operator that can support our company as a Supply Chain Associate. Your work will be critical to ensuring the flow of product from our suppliers overseas to our customers, as well as supporting higher level objectives for the Supply Chain department at Hexmodal. You will be responsible for handling activities in our ERP platform to support our warehouse operations, sourcing critical supplies for maintaining our rate of production and shipping, collecting key metrics and presenting data to leadership, and more. As an associate within the Supply Chain department, at times you will need to be flexible and forward thinking, be able to prioritize tasks, and tackle challenges that arise effectively and efficiently. This role reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain and you are expected to be in office 5 days a week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar related field
• Ability to use AI effectively to achieve tasks that would otherwise be time consuming
• Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, be flexible, and manage multiple operations simultaneously
• Quick to learn how to use new tools and programs
• A clear and effective communication style
• Being able to work cross functionally across different groups as a team player

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience using Odoo or a similar ERP tool preferred (if no experience we can teach you)
• Prior work experience with data driven operations (internship experience will be considered)
• Knowledge of any programming languages like Python or C++

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to our warehouse staff who are responsible for the production and shipping of our goods to customers.
• Order critical supplies for our warehouse operations.
• Manage and track our inventory using different tools and software
• Collect key metrics regarding our sales, deliveries, and more to be able to provide meaningful insights to our leadership team.
• Help automate operations across different platforms the department currently utilizes.
• Collaborate across different departments and teams to achieve the greater goals of the company.
• Occasionally roll up your sleeves to help support physical operations at our office or our warehouse.
