About The Position

Join a big biopharma leader as a Supply Chain Associate supporting warehouse and manufacturing activities in a fast-paced, onsite biotech environment. You'll play an integral role in material handling and dispensing, ensuring consistent supply chain operations that meet GMP standards. This position requires 100% onsite presence with rotating shifts and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Requirements

  • Ability to work various shifts including days, swings, weekends, and holidays as needed by the production schedule
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs and push/pull heavy loads using material handling equipment
  • Proficient math and basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safe work practices
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively identify process improvements
  • High school/GED and 2 years work or military experience
  • Associates and 6 months work or military experience

Nice To Haves

  • GMP experience in Shipping, Dispensing, Warehousing, Manufacturing, or Quality
  • Experience with documentation revisions (e.g., CDOCS), DQMS, QMTS, deviation investigations, and CAPAs
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Experience with Powered Industrial Vehicles
  • Familiarity with weighing operations and use of scales
  • Report preparation and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet’s, Microsoft Teams, Tableau, and UiPath

Responsibilities

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and departmental policies, maintaining strict adherence to cGMP requirements
  • Perform material handling duties, including picking, dispensing, staging, and transporting materials within a warehouse
  • Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs) for picking and delivery (PIV training provided onsite)
  • Gown to required grade and work in classified cleanroom conditions
  • Complete material handling, dispensing, and cleaning tasks as required
  • Support shipping, dispensing, and escalating risks or operational issues as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global distribution to meet business needs
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs and team safety efforts
  • Support regulatory inspections and be prepared to present information to auditors
  • Maintain Kanban systems and support external warehouse operations
  • Perform daily material handling, picking, and dispensing to support manufacturing
  • Gown and work within cleanroom environments following all GMP procedures
  • Support warehouse operations, participate in team meetings, and uphold safety standards
  • Identify and escalate operational issues and collaborate across multiple teams
