About The Position

Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain or order management roles, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, including the use of pivot tables for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of purchase order processing and inventory management principles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Purchase order management, supply chain coordination, and order management are essential for daily tasks that involve processing orders and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Sales forecasting and inventory planning skills enable the assistant to anticipate demand and adjust supply chain activities accordingly, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly pivot tables, is used extensively to analyze large datasets, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Supply chain management knowledge supports the understanding of end-to-end processes, facilitating effective communication with suppliers and internal teams.
