This role partners with the Supply Chain leadership team to create visibility and ownership around safety, environmental, and asset protection initiatives, driving a culture of health and safety throughout the facility. The manager will plan and conduct periodic audits, inspections, and walkthroughs to ensure compliance with company standards and agency regulations. They will also manage 3rd party security guard services and asset protection equipment, lead safety and shrink mitigation efforts, conduct investigations, and manage internal incident reporting and root cause analysis. This position serves as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and analyzes incident trends. The role also involves leading program enhancements, participating in peer work teams, building training content, and ensuring proper hazardous material disposal. Additionally, the manager will consult on new building setups, identify and investigate internal theft, and establish frameworks for safety and shrink data management.
