This role partners with the Supply Chain leadership team to create visibility and ownership around safety, environmental, and asset protection initiatives, driving a culture of health and safety throughout the facility. The manager will plan and conduct periodic audits, inspections, and walkthroughs to ensure compliance with company standards and relevant agency regulations. They will also manage 3rd party security guard services and asset protection equipment, lead safety and shrink mitigation efforts, conduct investigations, and manage internal incident reporting and root cause analysis. This position serves as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and analyzes incident trends and worker's compensation claims. The role also involves project leadership for program enhancements, participation in peer work teams, building and instructing training content, ensuring proper hazardous material disposal, and providing consultation during new building stand-ups or conversions.
