This role partners with the Supply Chain leadership team to create visibility and ownership around safety, environmental, and asset protection initiatives, driving a culture of health and safety throughout the facility. The manager will plan and conduct periodic audits, inspections, and walkthroughs to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. They will also manage 3rd party security guard services and asset protection equipment, lead investigations, and ensure proper execution of security programs. This position involves managing internal incident reporting, root cause analysis, and serving as the primary contact for regulatory inquiries. The role also includes analyzing incident trends, leading program enhancements, building training content, and ensuring proper hazardous material disposal. Additionally, the manager will participate in system design planning, identify and investigate internal theft, and provide leadership for active investigations. They will establish frameworks for safety and shrink data and offer consultation during new building stand-ups or conversions.
