The Supply Chain and Operations Career Rotational Program at Curtiss-Wright is a multi-year program designed to kick-start careers by providing challenging, short-term work assignments led by experienced professionals. This program ensures participants are learning, being mentored, and integrated with the organizations they support. Curtiss Wright Farris Engineering offers a flexible learning environment to help launch careers and meet future workforce requirements. The program includes on-site roles with at least one rotation requiring an onsite presence. Participants will gain cross-functional learning across Supply Chain and Operations, network with various functions (Engineering, Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Finance), be assigned a peer mentor/on-the-job coach, and receive project training and completion opportunities.
