About The Position

The Supply Chain and Operations Career Rotational Program at Curtiss-Wright is a multi-year program designed to kick-start careers by providing challenging, short-term work assignments led by experienced professionals. This program ensures participants are learning, being mentored, and integrated with the organizations they support. Curtiss Wright Farris Engineering offers a flexible learning environment to help launch careers and meet future workforce requirements. The program includes on-site roles with at least one rotation requiring an onsite presence. Participants will gain cross-functional learning across Supply Chain and Operations, network with various functions (Engineering, Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Finance), be assigned a peer mentor/on-the-job coach, and receive project training and completion opportunities.

Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains detailed schedules.
Prepare production plans and material requirements list in accordance with the Master Production Schedule, for products, proposal efforts and/or production processes.
May coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Material Control, Quality and other departments to achieve optimum utilization of facilities in meeting production schedules.
May provide input to management regarding problems such as scheduling problems, material shortages, design changes and backlogs.
Releases and maintains all appropriate paperwork.
