About The Position

This program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area. You will be aligned with projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities. Our interns can apply for future full-time roles during the program and have an increased likelihood of receiving an offer for a post-graduation role. The Summer 2027 Internship Program will run from May 31 to August 6, 2026 (dates subject to change). To kick things off, CVS Health will be hosting on-site onboarding activities from May 24 to May 28 (dates subject to change) at a headquarter location. This will be a great opportunity for you to meet your fellow interns, connect with the CVS Health University Relations team, and start your summer experience on a high note! This is an in-person internship based at a CVS Distribution Center in Indianapolis, IN, where you'll be part of an on-site engineering-focused team where you will be expected to be on-site and in-person Monday – Friday. If you live more than 50 miles from your assigned location, you may be eligible for a one-time relocation stipend. In this role, you'll help drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations by applying Lean methodologies, using data to guide decisions, and collaborating across teams. Key responsibilities include enhancing safety, quality, and delivery performance, managing labor and warehouse systems, and leading change initiatives across the distribution network. The hourly rate is $26 per hour with 40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. CVS Health’s Supply Chain & Logistics organization is at the heart of delivering our promise to help people on their path to better health.
