About The Position

This role is responsible for driving alignment amongst cross-functional teams (Planning, Sourcing & Finance) to secure necessary funding and budgeting for global business operations and critical equipment delivery. The individual will manage, orchestrate, and triage systems and processes related to order execution, change order management, and invoicing. A key aspect of the role involves partnering with cross-functional teams on road mapping for tooling or process automation and efficiency, both internally and with suppliers. This includes developing business requirements, collaborating on solution design, testing, change management, launch, and sustainment. The role also leads metrics & reporting enablement, involving deep-dive insight gathering, reporting, and diagnosis across key performance indicators such as On Time Delivery, Supplier Supply Commit accuracy, and On Time PO execution. Additionally, the planner will partner with Sourcing to ensure the accuracy of product catalogs, price lists, and lead times.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4+ years of industry experience in a technical or business-related field.
4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or adjacent domains.
Experience working in an analytical and results focused role.
Experience in improving business processes.
Experience working and demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and business partners.

Responsibilities

Drive alignment amongst XFN teams (Planning, Sourcing & Finance) on securing required funding/budgeting to support business operations in the delivery of critical equipment globally.
Own management, orchestration and triaging of systems/processes associated with order execution, change order management and invoicing.
Partner with cross-functional teams on road mapping to enable tooling or process automation/efficiency both internally and externally with suppliers. This includes developing business requirements, working with XFN on solution design, testing, change management, launch and sustainment.
Lead metrics & reporting enablement. This includes deep-dive insight gathering, reporting, diagnosis across On Time Delivery, Supplier Supply Commit accuracy, On Time PO execution, etc.
Partner with Sourcing to ensure product catalogs/price lists & lead times are accurate.
