  • 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, operations analytics, or business intelligence within complex manufacturing environments.
  • Proven success building KPI frameworks, data models, and analytics tools in multi‑product, global supply chain settings.
  • Strong SAP expertise across PP, MM, SD, and WM; capable of interpreting MRP logic and ERP data structures.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, including data modeling and executive dashboard design.
  • Strong SQL and data transformation skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Familiarity with forecasting methods, SIOP/S&OP analytics, capacity modeling, and inventory optimization.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex insights to senior leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • KPI Architecture & Performance Measurement
  • Develop and maintain the ISS Division’s end‑to-end supply chain KPI framework, ensuring consistent metric definitions, data sources, and reporting cadences.
  • Deliver executive‑ready dashboards and performance packages that provide visibility into on‑time delivery, material availability, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, supplier performance, and procurement cost trends.
  • Establish a single source of truth for all supply chain reporting, eliminating redundant or manual data processes.
  • SIOP & Planning Analytics
  • Serve as the analytical engine for the monthly SIOP process—supporting demand planning, consensus forecasting, supply‑demand balancing, and risk assessment.
  • Build models that analyze forecast accuracy, revenue at risk, supply constraints, and capacity exposure.
  • Provide scenario planning, sensitivity modeling, and predictive insights to enable informed leadership decisions.
  • Procurement & Supplier Analytics
  • Design procurement dashboards for spend analysis, PPV tracking, supplier performance, and cost‑reduction measurement.
  • Support commodity managers with market intelligence, lead‑time tracking, and supplier scorecards for QBRs and strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Provide global procurement analytics to align ISS category data with INFICON’s broader international operations.
  • SAP Data Infrastructure & Reporting
  • Build and manage supply chain data pipelines from SAP (MM, PP, SD, WM) and related systems.
  • Develop automated dashboards and self‑service analytics using Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
