Demand & Supply Analyst

Masco CorporationCokato, MN

About The Position

As a Supply Chain Analyst for Sauna360, you will play a key role in connecting demand signals to manufacturing execution. You’ll spend much of your time working deeply with data. You will transform large, complex datasets into meaningful insights. These insights will directly inform production, inventory, and supply chain decisions. Reporting directly to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, you’ll work closely with a tight-knit cross-functional team across sales, marketing, operations, procurement, and production. Success in this role will depend not only on your technical expertise, but also your ability to build strong relationships and influence decisions without direct authority. This is a highly data-driven role where you’ll develop forecasting models, create reporting tools, and help guide decision-making in constrained supply scenarios (for example, resolving how limited product is allocated). Your work will directly impact how efficiently we operate and how well we meet customer demand. If you excel in a collaborative, analytical environment and enjoy building models, this role gives you a chance to create measurable impact. You will influence how we plan, produce, and deliver to our customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain analytics in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with data analysis and working with large datasets
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, data modeling, and reporting tools)
  • Experience building forecasting models and predictive analytics solutions
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with ERP or planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
  • Solid understanding of forecasting techniques, inventory management, and supply chain principles
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and actions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Ability to work effectively within a close, collaborative team and contribute to a strong team fit

  • Design and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and predictive models using advanced Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to fill a key capability gap and elevate how the team uses data.
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, operations, sourcing, and production teams, using data and clear insights to align collaborators and drive decisions across the business.
  • Analyze supply chain performance, identify risks and inefficiencies, and collaborate across functions to improve material flow, reduce disruptions, and optimize inventory levels.
