Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, inventory management, or a related role
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and support informed decision-making
• Familiarity with forecasting techniques and inventory management principles
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and action plans, while coordinating with Sales and Schedulers to adjust forecast levels, aged inventory, and work-in-progress planning.
• Work closely with Product Lifecycle Management to support the transition of old items to new ones, including tracking graphic changes, managing packaging depletion, coordinating scrap and credit processes, and aligning purchase orders with updated artwork or packaging releases.
• Analyze forecast versus sales accuracy, inventory turns, raw material demand, packaging demand, target cost versus actuals, and item obsolescence, while also supporting hold inventory meetings, BOM updates, consumable min/max levels, and new item demand planning.
