About The Position

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor North America Supply Chain team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to analyze and interpret data from various sources to determine and maintain optimal inventory levels. You will act as a liaison between Corporate Operations, Branch Operations, and Warehouse departments for NPD launches and promotions. You will analyze supply chain constraints and assist in developing lean strategies to drive sustainability & flexibility. You will interface across the Delivery/Development pillars; Sourcing, Operations, Channel Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Program Managers. You will aid in managing inventory needs to ensure customers’ demand and commitments are satisfied for promised sales. You will conduct analytics to create detailed analysis of supply chain optimization initiatives to meet department goals.

Requirements

  • BS/BE Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or related field required.
  • Minimum of 0-2 years’ work experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI & Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
  • Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Effective project management skills and team leadership skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability as well as ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to overcome challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in INFOR, Manhattan WMS and PCT Servigistics preferred.
