About The Position

Analog Devices (ADI) is seeking motivated analysts to support its global Supply Chain team. This role involves solving complex supply chain problems such as inventory optimization, customer delivery management, supply allocation, logistics, capacity planning, and revenue management. The position will leverage data analysis skills to develop innovative solutions for supply chain challenges within a global manufacturing network.

Requirements

BS/MS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or other engineering discipline
Strong Internship experience in a similar field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent data analysis skills
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects across geographically distributed teams

Responsibilities

Identify key issues using a variety of data analysis tools and algorithms across operations, logistics, supply and demand planning, inventory optimization, new product readiness, and advanced planning systems.
Determine root cause of issues, develop solutions, drive change management, manage customer communications, monitor supply chain efficiencies, and manage both long and short-term customer delivery plans.
Define, analyze, and track key supply chain metrics using data analysis techniques to assist partnering organizations in making decisions.
Create new mathematical models, processes, and systems to solve complicated supply chain problems.
Translate business requirements into technical/project deliverables.
