About The Position

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for coordinating and managing key supply chain processes, including demand planning, and driving the PSI process with Product Managers and Key Account Managers. This role requires advanced Excel skills, proficiency in demand planning, and the ability to perform root cause analysis. The position is fully onsite.

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
1-4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and experience in managing and developing direct reports
Microsoft Office proficient, especially Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas).

Responsibilities

Prepare material for Demand Planning (PSI) and business update meetings to discuss critical supply and demand issues for decision-making.
Perform planning to ensure sales and production visibility by improving and stabilizing logic that provides Return to Forecast (RTF).
Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and confirm adherence to standards and specifications.
Support demand review processes through forecast inputs, reporting, and variance analysis.
Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
Other duties as assigned.
